      All our products are described and photographed as faithfully as possible.

• Colors may vary slightly depending on the customer's device screen.
• Availability is subject to inventory.

 Pricing and Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• We accept payments through the platforms enabled in our secure checkout.
• Prices and promotions may change without notice.

Shipping

We offer shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States.

• The cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays by the courier company once the order has been dispatched.

 Returns and Exchanges

We only accept changes within the first 7 days after receiving the order.

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Returns on accessories are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense.

 Liability

RbyANN is not responsible for damages caused by the misuse of the garments.

• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the website in the event of technical failures.
